2026 年 6 月 12 日，美國商務部發函要求 Anthropic 在取得出口許可以前，不得讓任何外國人使用 Mythos 5 與 Fable 5。Anthropic 無法即時辨識使用者國籍，只能把兩個模型對全世界停用。台灣的使用者跟其他所有國家一樣，一夜之間失去存取。

我怎麼跟 AI 整理二十多年的文章，重新建立個人網站

一開始，我只是想把舊網站備份下來。
我沒想到，這件事最後會變成一個新網站，也再次改變了我使用 AI 寫作的方式。
我最早的個人網站在 1999 年，架在大學社團的機器上。2005 年，我把網站搬到 hlb.yichi.org，繼續在那裡寫文章。後來網站沒有繼續維護，只剩 Internet Archive 的 Wayback...
衡量成果，不是產出：為什麼 Token 用量不是 AI 績效指標
今年 5 月，我在 Facebook 寫過：
把「用了多少 token」當 KPI，就是把「幫公司燒掉多少錢」當 KPI。
Measure outcome, not output. 每年都有荒謬事。
到了今天再回頭看，這個判斷沒有改變。現在我會把 AI 的成效拆成三個層次：任務做得好不好、新的流程有沒有人持續採用，以及組織有沒有跟著轉型。
