第七話の裏側には
『半夏厚朴湯』という漢方薬が隠れています。

その日、養生堂は少し静かだった。
「芍薬ちゃんと大棗ちゃんは？」
生姜が店内を見回す。
「買い出しだよ」

先日、今年初のあんずを手に入れたので、ジャム作りをしました。
毎年楽しみにしている季節の手仕事です。
あんずジャムというと、レシピによってはレモン汁を入れたり、砂糖の量を細かく計算したり、少し手間がかかる印象があります。
けれど私はいつも、とてもシンプルに作っています。
今回使ったのは加工用のあんず500g。
