空手の全国大会へ向けた強化練習の日。
私は焦っていた。
息子は動かない。
私は時計を見る。
息子は枕を抱きしめる。
「あと10分。」
「絶対に行かない！」
このときの私は、今日の問題は「空手」だと思っていた。
でも、本当は違った。
私たちが戦っていたのは、もっと別のものだった。
10分前の攻防
今日は全国大会に出場する選手だけが集まる強化練習の日だった。
前日までは、

前回、夏休みの工作として作ることになったカホンのDIYキットが届いた。
箱を開けると、木の板や部品がきれいに並んでいる。
