休むことなく頑張ってる人を見ると、
「それって幸せなの？」
「体を大事にしてほしい」
「ゆっくりしたら？」
みたいに思ってしまうこと、ありませんか？
たぶん家族とか関係が近しい人にほど、こういう疑問が生まれるんだろうなと思います。
判断が難しいところではあるんですが、まず本当に無理して頑張っていて、病院にかからないといけないほど心身に異常がある場合は、頑張るのを止めてあげる方がいいです。
