デジタルから離れてみる。
タイトルの通り、デジタルから少し距離を置いた。
今日で5日くらいかな。
substackを含めて、SNSはほとんど見ないし、スマホ・PCも用事がない限り、開かない。
別に理由があったわけじゃなくて。
ただ、今まで現実世界でできていたことが、おろそかになっている気がして。
「デジタルデトックス」とまではいかないけれど…ただの思い付きだということは声を大にして言いたい。
でも多分、内心は、『義務化』されることが凄く...
