全国大会の舞台は石川県
遠方での開催のため、多くの資金が必要なことが予想された。
当初、代表保護者、指導者、選手という形での大会出場を想定していた。
実際に保護者にヒアリングしてみると、選手全員の保護者が参加を希望した。
中には夫婦、兄弟児の参加もあって、選手含め総勢38名で行くことが決まった。
正直、全国1位2位を争う大所帯である。

でも、スポーツの現実は厳しい。
全員が同じ時間、同じ場所でプレイできるわけではない。
その現実の中で、指導者は選手を起用しなければならない。
そう、先日行われた全国大会でも僕もその難しい選択を...

思えば、2024年にシニア（中学生以上）のドッジボールチームの運営を始めた。
中3の長男、中1の次男と一緒に他県まで試合を見に行った。...
「伝える」と「伝わる」は違う
往復800km。
全国大会に出場するチームが各県から集まる、2日間の遠征に行ってきました。
僕が運営しているスポーツチームの選手は、中学生。
様々な学校から選手が集まってチームを組んでいます。
もちろん同じ学校の選手もいますが、普段から12人全員がコミュニケーションを取るのは、なかなか難しい状況です。
だからこそ、今回の遠征は大きな意味がありました。
