I don’t have anything to say about this week’s U.S. election that hasn’t already been said. My initial reaction was perfectly summed up by Anne Helen Petersen, but that argument doesn’t quite go all the way.
With the election just two days away and all of us inundated with it, I will keep my thoughts today brief.
I acquire books faster than I can find shelves to house them. I don’t so much seek them out as they attach themselves to me. I do like to buy when I can, especially if the author is alive. The books pile up.
