“Has something happened here recently, King Kymar?” Velvela asked, walking the training grounds where his eldest daughter was not present, and neither was Alarik or Vulir. The King’s father had stepped away when Velvela came on the scene.
At dinner, Velvela requested to eat in her room to not disturb the usual way things were done in the castle. The King had tried to protest, but she stood firm in her decision.
