空手とセラピーというのは対極に思えるかもしれない。
しかし、私が性加害やDVを受けたことから回復できたことの一部に、空手の効果があったという気がしているのでそれについて書いてみたい。
私は2年半前に実戦空手の道場に入門した。
当時半年ぐらい夫にぐちっていたことがあるのだが、ある日夫が「僕もうその話聞かない、あの空手道場に行ってきなよ」と言われて、売り言葉に買い言葉でその日に体験に申し込んだ。その空手道場はうちの近くにあって、よく通りがかっていたので、場所はよ...
「楽しむ」ってどうやればいいんだろう
どうやったら「楽しめ」るんだろう。
「真面目にやる」も「がんばる」もかんたん。
「つまんない」はもっとかんたん。
「楽しむ」がいちばん難しい。
真面目にやるとかがんばるは、とにかくがむしゃらにやればいい。
つまんないは、ただ受身になればいい。
だけど、「楽しむ」はそうじゃない。
自分が、「楽しませてもらう」側、「面白がらせてもらう」側、「サービスを受ける」側って思っていたら、ぜったいにできない。

１. Min Jin Lee“Pachinko”の原書を読み終わる
2017年くらいに原書で買って、ずっと読んでは中断、読んでは中断してやっと半分まできた。今年は全部読み終わりたい。
２．ムーミン読み終わる
去年ムーミンの小説ができて80周年で、講談社文庫から新装版が出た。実は読んだことがなくて、ずっと読んでみたいと思っていた。去年シリーズの半分まで読めたので、今年は全部読みたい。
