FYI: You pick one set of dumbbells for the entire challenge, which included weighted burpees, hand-release push-ups, curl to press, tap squats, and loaded reverse lunges. Normally, I go FAR HEAVIER, but the amount of reps on this was insane...
I turned 43 today! It was a lovely birthday. One of the best in recent memory, actually, and I love that for me. I feel very loved and grateful to feel so supported and cared for.
