CITYPLOT is a collective of professional urban food growers, educators and permaculture designers. We encourage city dwellers to grow their own vegetables, herbs, edible flowers and fruit and give them the tools to do so.

I am an agroecologist, urban farmer, educator, beekeeper and worm composter. I coordinate several gardens in Amsterdam, do a lot of teaching about gardening, and am an editor of the global magazine Rooted on agroecology and food sovereignty.
I've been learning, working and growing through Permaculture and Somatic practices for most of my adult life and hope to continue doing so for the rest of it!
