運動が苦手な私たちが、朝トレを7年続けている理由
今朝も、まず眠い体を起こすところから始まりました。
洗濯物を畳んで、コーヒーを飲んで、ラジオ体操をして。
それから旦那と、YouTubeの動画に合わせて体を動かします。
息を切らしながら、「今日もがんばったね」と言って終わります。
これを始めて、7年になります。
でも私は、今でも運動が好きな人ではありません。
過去の偏愛でも書いているとおり、音楽好きだったりLinux好きだったりと、だいぶインドア派です。
