令和8年度診療報酬改定では、高齢者の生活を支えるリハビリテーション・栄養管理・口腔管理に関して、4項目の見直しが行われます。この見直しは、個別改定項目「Ⅱ－２－３ リハビリテーション・栄養管理・口腔管理等の高齢者の生活を支えるケアの推進」に位置づけられています。いずれも、急性期から包括期にわたる入院患者のADL維持・向上と口腔管理の充実を目指すものです。
