こんにちは、あおです。
薬のおかげか、最近はなんとなく調子がよいのです。
このまま復活できたらいいんですけど。
で、調子がいいと、「これやってみようかな」とか「これならできそう」とか、少しだけ活動的になれる気がしています。
といってもほんの少しだけだけど。
例えば、
横になりながらYouTubeを見ていた時間を少し減らして庭に出てみるとか
ぼーっとしていた時間にAI触ってみるとか
ご飯の時間まで永遠に寿司打やってみるとか
気持ち的には元気になった感じがしてい...
