Fabrizio Ferrara has been my favorite Italian chef in Paris for a long time. From 2009-2015 he ran an atmospheric restaurant in an Aligre alleyway called Le Caffè dei Cioppi. It was tiny, hard to book, and delicious.
The restaurant Aldehyde has a talented chef named Youssef Marzouk and a prime location in the southern Marais.
