有時候，新的道理聽進去了，我們卻還是用同樣嚴格的方式對待自己。例如，「接納自己」原本是為了減少自責，後來卻成了另一個要求：「我怎麼連接納自己都做不到？」
本來是想讓自己好過一點，最後卻又多了一個責怪自己的理由。看到這裡，我會想：如果連難受都要先解決，我們什麼時候才能好好照...
想換一種生活，卻怕不再是原本的自己
你已經知道，現在的生活有些地方需要改。
你不想每次都把自己累到沒有餘力，也想把時間留給真正想做的事。可是到了要選的時候，你又多接了一件。留給自己的時間，又沒有了。
你想把時間留給自己，也不想讓在乎的人失望。兩邊都放不下時，改變就沒那麼簡單。我們可以一起看看：少做一點，為什麼有時會讓人覺得自己不夠好了？
有時候改變很難，是因為你想離開原本的生活，卻還靠原本的活法，確認自己是誰、值不值得被肯定。

以前研究線上教育時，我會開十幾個分頁，一邊查資料，一邊回訊息，還跑去整理 Notion。之前那篇文章也寫過這件事。資料看了一些，訊息回了，Notion 也整理了，原本要做的事卻沒剩多少時間。
